Delivery
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge for any orders over £500 (ex VAT). Orders under £500 (ex VAT) carry a one-off delivery charge of £12.50 (ex VAT) for small items and £40 (ex VAT) for large or fragile items.

What is classed as a small item?
Small items are those which can be boxed and are not fragile, such as but not limited to, taps, seats, shower heads and grab rails etc. These are delivered by a parcel courier service. .

What is classed as a large or fragile item?
Large or fragile items need to be delivered on a pallet due to the weight, size or fragile nature of the products, such as but not limited to, ceramic basins and toilets, shower trays, glass shower enclosures etc. These are delivered through a pallet delivery network. Please note: It is your responsibility to off load your goods.

When can I expect my delivery?
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 days, for stocked items. All products give an expected lead time on the product page. Where an order includes products on different lead times, we will deliver your order when all products are in stock, so you receive everything in one go. If any product lead time changes, we will contact you and discuss your options.

What if I need something quickly?
Many of our items are stocked and can be delivered next working day. If this is available, it will be an option at checkout stage. This carries a premium between £20 - £60 (ex VAT) depending on the products on the order. To receive an order next working day, place your order by 2pm Monday-Thursday and by 12pm on a Friday.

Deliveries outside of UK mainland
If you would like delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, Scotland Offshore, please contact our team on 01474 338 300 to discuss your delivery options.


Returns
We are happy to accept products that are no longer required if they are in re-saleable condition. Standard products can be returned for a refund. All products must be undamaged and in their original packaging and including all relevant accessories.

Returns are not accepted for ‘Non-standard’ products, which can be identified by the icon on the product page. These are 100% chargeable once ordered.

How to return standard products in 3 steps:

  1. Contact customer service customerservice@theswc.co.uk within 10 working days of receipt of goods with this information:
    a. Order reference.
    b. Date of delivery
    c. Product code and quantity of the item you wish to return.
    d. Reason for return

  2. If accepted a Return Note will be issued by our customer service team for the authorised products to be returned. Print and return this with the goods within 5 working days to the address below. Please note: All returns are at the customers cost and responsibility.

  3. Once received we will inspect the goods and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 21 working days. There is a 25% re-stocking charge for all refunds.
