How will my order be sent out?

Small items
Most of our small item deliveries will be sent by a next day parcel courier service depending on stock. Each item is wrapped and packed at our distribution centre and sent out to you.

Large or fragile items
For large or fragile items we ship your delivery through our pallet delivery service. Our standard delivery for this is 2-3 days, dependant on stock. Once the items are packed at our distribution centre you will be contacted by our delivery service to arrange a date for the delivery.
Please note: It is your responsibility to off load your goods.

Stocked items will be despatched within 48 hours from our warehouse.
Small items will then be delivered by a next working day courier service.
Large or fragile items will be delivered by a pallet delivery service typically in 2-3 days from leaving our warehouse.

Next day delivery
Over 80% of our small items are available for next working day delivery if an order is placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday and by 12pm Friday.

Remote areas

If you live in what our couriers consider as a remote area, then additional delivery charges may also apply. See below the list of areas affected by this.
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, Scotland Offshore.
